Dear Colleagues, Scientists and Friends,

We at Sechenov University and United Cultural Convention (UCC), Cambridge, UK, are truly honored and delighted to take this opportunity to welcome delegates from all around the world to this 6th World Congress on Public Health, Epidemiology & Nutrition.

The emergence of illnesses and diseases may pose severe threats to the global health security at large. This situation has urged the healthcare industry in high demands to look for cure and preventive health measures to ensure for the safety of the nation worldwide. Therefore, the Congress will feature a highly interactive and multidisciplinary Program including initiatives to promote resources in a way to secure the success of Personalized & Precision Medicine (PPM). Today PPM and its armamentarium are becoming the strategic mainstream of biomedical and clinical science, and significantly influences the future of the personalized healthcare based on the evidence-based and translational medical research. In this sense, the Congress will provide the ideal forum to stimulate ideas and establish collaborations as well as to initiate intense discussions. Extended networking opportunities will foster communications between delegates. Building on the success of preceding meetings, the Congress will include workshops, plenary sessions and panel discussions as well as oral abstract and poster sessions to be framed into a series of Tracks including topical subareas of PPM.

Great advances toward PPM and a plethora of applications are arising from Basic Science and Translational applications united under the aegis of PPM as the newest model of healthcare services. We should be able to translate all this progress in science into better standards of health for all, but too many obstacles remain.

The two-day Congress program would focus on a broad range of issues and challenges in the field of Healthcare which will be weaved through the Keynotes Speakers, Plenary Speakers, Distinguished Lecturers and Health Personnel. Moreover, the Congress brings together stakeholders and decision-makers from all sectors, and from all over the world. Our combined forces can achieve change, and provide the firm spot from which to improve health worldwide.

Personally we are convinced that the international partnership and collaboration would play a crucial promoting role for the jointly set projects from any points of view. Track 1: Clinical Epidemiology

The study of principles of epidemiology to clinical medicine is called as clinical epidemiology. While canonical epidemiology is the study of determinants and dissemination of diseases in the community of people, clinical epidemiology is study of principles, methods and applications of epidemiology to handle, assess and apply clinical research studies on the diagnosis, prediction and prevention of the disease. It is the basic science of proof based medicine.

Public health is the science of accumulating and reserving national, international and worldwide resources to ensure health quality of the people.
